About these terms
These terms apply when you use fadlanamada.web.id, the website of Fadlan Amada, an independent composer, producer and designer in Indonesia. By using the site, you accept them. If anything is unclear, write to fadlanamada@gmail.com. I'd rather explain than argue.
My work on this site
The music, recordings, artwork, designs, photos, videos and text on this site are protected by copyright, in Indonesia under Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright and elsewhere under local law. They belong to me, or to the artists, labels, studios and clients I made them with, who are credited where the work appears.
You're welcome to listen, watch, read and share links to any page. Without written permission, please don't:
- download, rip or re-upload the music, or put it on other sites or services;
- use the music or designs in videos, games, streams, ads or other projects;
- sample, remix or edit them;
- use them to train or test AI or machine-learning models;
- present the work as your own.

Free downloads and tools
The free products (such as the Cak & Cuk Chord Chart, the Kolotik library and Kolotik Mobile) each come with their own licence or terms on the product page or in the download, and those apply to that product. If something is unclear, ask me before you use it commercially. Downloads through Gumroad or Google Drive also follow Gumroad's terms and Google's terms.
In Kolotik Mobile's Shake mode, hold your phone firmly and mind the people and things around you.
Hiring me
This site shows what I do; it isn't an offer or a contract. Prices, timelines and rights for a project are set in the quote, Fiverr order or written agreement we make for it, and that agreement decides.
If you send me your music, files or ideas, they stay yours. I use them only to talk with you about the project, and I won't share them or use them any other way without your permission.
Links to other sites
Links to Spotify, YouTube, Gumroad, Fiverr, Google Drive, social networks and other sites take you to places I don't run. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.
Please don't
- try to break into the site, its admin or its forms, or overload them;
- use the contact form for spam, advertising or anything unlawful.
The site as it is
I work to keep the site running and its information correct, but I can't promise it is always available or free of mistakes, and things on it can change. I'm not responsible for problems caused by things outside my control, such as other websites you reach through a link or problems with your own device or connection.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law, including Indonesia's Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, or limits my responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Law and language
Indonesian law applies to these terms, and the courts of Indonesia handle any dispute. If you're a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live.
These terms are in English and Bahasa Indonesia. If the two versions differ, the Indonesian version applies.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
